| The Barriemore is a wonderful stone house originally constructed for a wealthy banker in Victorian times. It is situated at the end of Oban seafront with spectacular westward views of Oban harbour.

The Barriemore is rated as a 4 star guest house by the Scottish Tourist Board. In common with Victorian residences of this period, and particularly fine buildings such as this, the hotels bedrooms are large and spacious with high ceilings and period features. Each of the hotels bedrooms has been tastefully and individually designed and furnished to the highest standards.
